I am Md. Mostafa Kamal, a seasoned Textile Machinery and Utility Systems Specialist with over 12 years of hands-on experience in the textile industry. My career has been dedicated to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced European dyeing and finishing machines. I have worked extensively with top-tier brands like MCS (Italy), Stalam, Santex, Adelco, Sintec, and Lafar, establishing a solid reputation as a reliable technical expert and regional agent.

Throughout my career, I have led large technical teams and successfully executed complex machinery installation and utility projects in high-demand environments. I possess in-depth knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, PLC and VFD-based automation, industrial boilers, water treatment plants (WTP), effluent treatment plants (ETP), chillers, and fire safety systems. I have also worked closely with OEM engineers and foreign suppliers to ensure optimal machine performance and support.

My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Daffodil International University and a Diploma in Electrical Technology from Sylhet Polytechnic Institute. In addition, I have earned certifications in PLC programming, industrial safety, and electrical compliance.

Currently, I am the Deputy Manager of Maintenance & Utility at M.N. Dyeing, Printing & Washing Mills Ltd., where I lead a team of 160+ staff. I am also the founder of Real Technology Service Limited, a company focused on delivering advanced textile machinery solutions, spare parts, and after-sales services across Bangladesh.

I am passionate about technology, precision, and problem-solving. As I continue to grow professionally, my goal is to become a trusted technical representative for leading European machinery manufacturers in the South Asia region.
